Contraindications:
Dosing :
- Capecitabine usual starting dose: 3 to 5 tablets by mouth twice daily (depending upon your height, weight, and kidney function) for 14 days of a 21-day cycle
- Oxaliplatin intravenous (I.V.) infusion over two hours on Day 1 of a 21-day cycle
