Presentation :

• Symptoms resemble Dengue Fever, including fever and severe bilateral and symmetrical polyarthralgia, often involving the hands and feet
• Laboratory findings include lymphopenia, thrombocytopenia, and elevated aminotransferase levels.
• Illness typically resolves spontaneously in 7 to 10 days. However, some patients experience rheumatologic symptoms for months or years.
