Cluster Headache
Presentation :
- Characterized by:
- orbital or periorbital pain lasting 15-180 minutes
- May have associated ptosis, miosis, and increased tears
- occurrence several times per day
- headaches repeating over weeks, then disappearing for months or years
- orbital or periorbital pain lasting 15-180 minutes

- Acute: oxygen inhalation or subcutaneous sumatriptan
- Prophylaxis: Verapamil.
