Presentation :

For pure Parkinson Disease, motor symptoms develop first, followed several years later by development of dementia
Multiple system atrophy characterized by parkinsonism, ataxia, and severe dysautonomia (ie orthostatic hypotension)
If dementia develops within 1-2 years of motor symptom onset, this is characteristic of Lewy Body Dementia
